We have a 3-Day Return & Exchange Policy. The policy for each item is clearly mentioned on the product page.

3-Day Return & Exchange Products

Returns (within 3 days)

• Prepaid Orders → Refund will be processed after deducting ₹350 towards freight & handling charges.
• COD Orders → Refund will be issued as a gift card after deducting ₹350 towards freight & handling charges.

Exchanges (within 3 days)

• First exchange free (not during sale periods)
• During sale periods → ₹250 exchange fee applies
• Second exchange → ₹250 fee applies

Cancellations

• Cancellation requests are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellation charges after 24 hours: ₹350
• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Sale Time Policy (All Products)

• Only exchanges allowed during sale periods
• No returns or refunds/store credit
• No free exchanges during sale periods → ₹250 exchange fee applies

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

Jewelry, scarves, gloves, bucket hats, bandanas, scrunchies, Snapmint orders, international orders, and last chance items.

Product Condition

Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags & packaging intact.
