If you are not satisfied with your purchase, don't worry! We are here to help you.

  • Returns and exchanges can be made within a window of 14 days from receiving the product.
  • For all return refunds, the amount can be either refunded back in the form of store credit or directly into the bank account. Please note we do not do refunds in any other form.
  • We offer free exchanges to all our customers who have purchased from us. 
  • Returns and exchanges are released after successful reception and analysis of the original product by the team.
  • If you are exchanging a product with another product of a lesser value, the balance money will be refunded back into your bank account or can be retained in the form of store credit.
  • If you are exchanging a product with another product of a higher value, the balance amount can be paid for through COD/Net banking/Store Credit.

 

How to create your return/ exchange?

  1. Register with us while creating your order.
  2. Login to your account after you have received your order.
  3. Go to Orders and Click on “Return & Exchange”.
  4. Select Product to Return/ Exchange.
  5. Select Reason of Return/ Exchange from Dropdown.
  6. Upload Photos (If required).
  7. Submit request.

Is my purchase eligible for exchange, and how do I exchange my purchase?

If there are any issues with your product, you can raise a replacement or exchange request within 14 days of receiving the product.

Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:

Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, un-detached “Do Not Remove” tag, product’s original packaging, freebies, and accessories)

The product should be in unused, undamaged, and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears, or holes and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/ warranty seals (wherever applicable)

When will I receive the exchanged item?

Once the item dispatched from your end reaches our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time i.e. 5 working days for domestic shipments.

When will I receive my credit note/ money in my bank account?

• Once our team has approved your request for return and refund, the money will be automatically refunded into your bank account or store credit. 

• We offer refunds both in the form of store credit and back into the bank account.

• The credit note is valid for as long as this website is active and can be used to purchase items on this website only.

Terms and conditions

Credit notes for any returns or exchanges will only be sent to the account that has been created while purchasing the product.

• Replacements will be offered based on the availability of the product. If we don’t have the replacement product, we’ll be happy to offer you a credit note.

• Proportionate shipping will be refunded in the form of a credit note only if it meets our conditions for a free return i.e. a quality or wrongly delivered product. Otherwise, a standard cancelation/freight charge of Rs150 will be deducted.

• We offer replacements, or size exchanges in case of clothing, for the same product or style you have purchased, or for any other clothing product of the same or lesser value.

• Please note that we offer a free first exchange to all our customers. In case, you want to replace the product twice, the second exchange request will be chargeable at a rate of Rs150. 

• International orders: Customers need to send their own return via courier to the warehouse address.
