Returns (within 3 days)
- Prepaid Orders → Refund will be processed after deducting ₹350 towards freight & handling charges.
- COD Orders → Refund will be issued as a gift card after deducting ₹350 towards freight & handling charges.
Exchanges (within 3 days)
- First exchange free (not during sale periods)
- During sale periods → ₹250 exchange fee applies
- Second exchange → ₹250 fee applies
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation charges after 24 hours: ₹350
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
Sale Time Policy (All Products)
- Only exchanges allowed during sale periods
- No returns or refunds/store credit
