If you are not satisfied with your purchase, don't worry! We are here to help you.
1. Returns and exchanges can be made within a window of 7 days from receiving the product.
2. We offer reverse pickup services at no additional cost.
3. We only offer refunds in the form of gift cards/ coupon codes.
4. We offer a free first exchange of the product for all our customers. However, additional exchanges/ returns are subjected to a freight charge of flat 150rs.
5. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code and is subjected to change depending on the ground condition.
6. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging and must have the original tag attached.
7. Gift cards/ coupon codes and exchanges are released after successful reception and analysis of the original product by the team.
8. If you are exchanging a product with another product of a lesser value, the balance money will be refunded back in the form of store credit/ gift card/ coupon code. If you are exchanging a product with another product of a higher value, the balance amount can be paid for through COD/Net banking/Store Credit.
9. Products such as jewelry items, scarves, gloves, bucket hats, bandanas, scrunchies, or any other specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.
10. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
11. We do not offer any returns/gift cards during any sale period. We only offer exchange.
12. All coupon codes/ gift cards must be used within 21 days from the issuance date.
