3-Day Return & Exchange Products

Returns (within 3 days)

• Prepaid Orders → Refund will be processed after deducting ₹350 towards freight & handling charges.
• COD Orders → Refund will be issued as a gift card after deducting ₹350 towards freight & handling charges.

Exchanges (within 3 days)

• First exchange free (not during sale periods)
• During sale periods → ₹250 exchange fee applies
• Second exchange → ₹250 fee applies

Cancellations

• Cancellation requests are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellation charges after 24 hours: ₹350
• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Sale Time Policy (All Products)

• Only exchanges allowed during sale periods
• No returns or refunds/store credit
• No free exchanges during sale periods → ₹250 exchange fee applies

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

Jewelry, scarves, gloves, bucket hats, bandanas, scrunchies, Snapmint orders, international orders, last chance items and items purchased during clearance sale.

Product Condition

Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags & packaging intact.
